Franks Brothers Teens program is a conditioning training program designed for teenagers between 13-16 years of age.

Franks Brothers Teens aims to provide age appropriate fitness training and focuses on making fitness fun. The skills your children learn through the Franks Brothers Teens program will be beneficial for all aspects of their life.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

Franks Brothers Teens classes focuses on a child's motor and cognitive skills by teaching proper movement in an interactive and fun group setting through challenging the children to think about their movement, count their repetitions, remember the sequences, and work towards goals.


In addition to increasing a child's fitness and athleticism, it will:

  • Improve cognitive function
  • Reverse health issues such as obesity
  • Protect against injury
  • Create support for kids with self-confidence
